Representation in my Music Video

How will the use of camera, mise-en-scene, editing and other elements would represent the following in the video:

Representation is how media texts deal with and present gender, age, ethnicity, national and regional identity, social issues and events to an audience. Media texts have the power to shape an audience's knowledge and understanding about these important topics.

In terms of representing gender, I will represent both male and female as strong and independent trying to leave behind their emotional parts and feelings aside.

In terms of age, I will represent both of them as some young adults. As the song talks about a broken relationship I think the best age range will be from 16 to 20.
